AWM-Alliance has management experience of retail developments representing Urban Retail, Neighbourhood Shopping Centers and Regional Malls totalling in excess of 2 million square feet.

Our tenant experience includes Save-On-Foods, London drugs, Canadian Tire and Future Shop along with a variety of well-known smaller retailers such as Starbucks, McDonalds, Subway and Mac’s convenience stores.  The final business type enhancing these property types are financial institutions, Royal Bank, Bank of Montreal and CIBC to name a few.

The National tenant type has specific demands on the style of management to be undertaken by the team at AWM-Alliance, having regard to both the physical and Asset Management of the property.  In addition the level of financial reporting including budget analysis, capital cost budgeting and cash flow reporting is vital to the understanding of the success of the investment of the client.  AWM-Alliance has developed monthly reporting systems that enhance the client’s ability to follow the performance of the asset and the tenants that in the end promote the value of the property.
