The management system developed by AWM-alliance takes into consideration the full service requirements of both the Physical and Asset responsibility. Accurate accounting that is Income Tax ready for personal and corporate tax returns are reported to the client on a monthly basis. For those clients that are non-residents of Canada, we can even arrange the collection and filing of your required NR6 (Revenue Canada Taxation) returns.
AWM is Bonded, Insured and Licensed in accordance with the Real Estate Act of BC and has long standing memberships in many industry associations that keep us up to date of changing legislation and other facets of the Real Estate industry.
We believe in a strong proactive management approach in ensuring effective maintenance and complete documentation and effective screening of all tenants thus, ensuring to the Owner the best in overall returns. As members of BCAOMA (British Columbia Apartment Owners and Managers Association, we work with a team of professionals and the Government in dealing with the legislative issues of the Residential industry. AWM-Alliance has a complete working knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act of BC and is experienced in dealing with the Residential Tenancy Branch (Arbitrators).
